2 year old daughter dies after her mother’s boyfriend beats her
April 25, 2016, Jacksonville Florida: A 2 year old girl has lost her life for wetting the bed. The mother’s boyfriend Jamarius Graham, 20, have been arrested and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse for the death of the mother’s 2 year old daughter Aaliyah Lewis.
The incident occurred while the mother of the child Donisha Barlow was at work and her boyfriend Graham was watching the child. According to Barlow, she say Graham told her he spanked the child using a hanger and a belt. “He came to pick me up from work. I picked her up and I say ‘What is wrong with Liyah? Why does she look like she is sad?’ He said he gave her a whooping, ” she told the local news.
2 year old Aaliyah Lewis died on their way taking her to the hospital. Police is still investigating. Graham is being held without bond and could face the death penalty if convicted.
