November 21, 2016: Haiti officials have in custody a possible sniper that had the intentions to cause terror in the Sunday, November 20 election. The suspect was being very cooperative with police during a brief interrogation, but some are questioning the behavior of the Haitian police about the way they treat their suspects after an arrest.
The suspect may have been identified as Kesner Estelor who police arrested during a deployment to secure the election in Noth Saint-Louis, Haiti. Police found a handmade 12-riffle in possession.
