February 26, 2016:  Pre-Valentine’s day party in Orlando Florida, Ruthshelle Guillaume had on what appeared to be a very expensive dress. Well a close snitch to her told on her.

A close follower of Rutshelle saying the artist bought this dress to go perform in Orlando on February 12, 2016. It was her first time in that side of town for a pre-Valentine's day concert. Is anything wrong with that though? WE THINK SO!
