Police in Haiti catches and brings two suspects for an unknown crime. The captured footage shows the two suspects face down on the floor, then police starts to kick them several times before ordering them to lower their pants for a butt whooping.
Yesterday 2 rapist who video themselves raping a 16 years-old Haitian girl were finally caught after months of investigation and many were surprised to see how the police were involving themselves in torturing suspects after an arrest.
