Early this year in February 27, Orlando police arrived at the apartment complex on Millenia Blvd where they found Tayanah Jean Paul unresponsive. She was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
Tayanah were born in Haiti. She is one of the Haiti 2010 earthquake survivor who came to United States. She was pretty much a new born child at the time.
On Friday, Orlando police arrested Berthelot Fify, 55, and charge him with first-degree murder of his niece after the Orange County Medical Examiner’s office ruled the case as a homicide.
The cause of death has not been released. But, according to a witness who lives in the same complex with Fify, it was first reported Tayanah Jean Paul drank bleach, but come to find out, he allegedly raped her.
