HMI shocker: Rutshelle missed another ring. About two years ago, everyone thought Stephane Vincent was going to be Rutshelle’s last stop on her hunt for a lasting relationship. But, that actually ended very rapidly back in 2016.
Fast forward to today, Stephane recently proposed to his Haiti childhood best friend…the PRIZE he took his eyes off for Rutshelle 2 years ago.
