South Florida rapper KODAK BLACK gets out of Jail, legally CHANGED HIS HAITIAN FULL NAME to something more American

Pompano Beach based rapper Kodak Black just got released from jail on Saturday in Broward County after serving 7 months for probation violations.

The 21 year-old-rapper, born Dieuson Octave, is enjoying freedom once again after 5 of the 7 charges were drop, otherwise, he would have been facing a maximum of 12 years behind bars.

Back in May while locked up, Kodak also went and changed his Haitian given name, Dieuson Octave to Bill K. Kapri. And now some are wondering what’s behind the name change. Who knows? But we’re all wondering what’s his Haiti native mother have to say about it.
