Rutshelle is invited to perform at the Miss Haiti De France 2016 and she just landed earlier in south Orly airport in Paris.
The local paparazzi snapped a few shots for Rutshelle which reveals a few stain marks as well as holes in her ALL BLACK AFFAIR outfit…see pictures below. Somebody need to RELE APRE ATIS LA.
