February 27, 2016: OK! We don’t believe this photo is who everyone is saying is of Carel Pedre, a radio host in Haiti who keeps reporting many pages on facebook including us, Tande ak Wè se 2, Lokal Mizik Ayisyen and Ralph Dous fan page that closes last year.
