It’s clear that they may have discriminated against Haitians who a mass majority are working in the same field. In the ad published with the company’s name and phone number as well as two contact names, it says ”…effective 11/23 – 12/17. Laid back nurse, no haitians, must have strong respiratory mngt, gtube. No trach. Direct deposit. Weekly paychecks. Must have NYS certificate”
