ABOUT TIME: Almost a dozen are Under Arrest in Cap-Haitien Haiti after new law prohibits dumping waste in the streets (MORE PICTURES)

Cap-Haitian, Haiti.  Officials arrested and handed over to the Haitian National Police, under the order of the Municipal Council, a dozen individuals who threw waste into the streets of the city of Christendom. These arrests, which are very well seen by the residents of the city center, are part of the Operation ” Zero Tolerance for a Clean City ” which started today Wednesday July 12, 2017 in the second largest city of the country.
