Bad news for the Mayor of Tabarre, Nice Simon, alias ‘ANNE’ who was beaten by the father of her son, Yves Leonard, back on October last year.
Apparently, Leonard is no longer facing attempted murder and kidnapping charges after he retired from radar in order to escape the Haitian Justice System.
The investigating judge, Wando Saint-Vilier of Croix-Des-Bouquets have transferred the case to the criminal court division after reviewing the case. He have decided that the only remaining charge he is possibly facing is assault.
For that reason, the issued arresting warrant has been canceled against the accuser. Since the the incident, Leonard have been keeping it very low key. No where to be found.
