The people of Cap-Haitien in Haiti took to streets to manifest after the discovery of dozens of ballot boxes were abandoned and many were burned where presidential candidate Moise Jean Charles was expected to win.
Local authorities apprehended the president of one voting bureau who they believed play in a part in corruption with PHTK [Parti Haitien Tèt Kale or the Haitians Party of Bald Heads].
