Haiti presidential candidate and former senator Moise Jean Charles declares “FRAUD” election

At a press conference the former senator Moise Jean Charles announed that the he suspected fraud against him in some voting stations.

He told a local media of attempts made that invalidate and eliminate proces-verbals where he won the elections and electoral ballots with his votes that were vandalized.

Moise claimed one those many fraudulent incidents happened at a voting station in Cap-Haitien where he clearly won “505” votes and electoral workers wrote ” zero” in letters and “55” they wrote in numbers. Moise claimed.

Another incident happened at another location in Cap-Haitien where  a chief prevented voting bureau (BV) members from signing the proces-verbals and abandoned the ballots. He is also claiming incidents in Demas as well.

Moise Jean Charles claims many ambulances that were spotted around the country actually had pre-filled ballots for the “candidat du pouvoir en place,” referring to Jovenel Moise, that were subsequently switch with the real ballots. He is calling for “the right thing” to be done to honor those who voted for him.
